BigRun PCB [update 27.04.2020]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[10.08.2019]<\/p>\n<p>eine Jaleco Big-Run Massiv-PCB hat mir G\u00fcnther zukommen lassen, danke daf\u00fcr. ich musst ihm nur einen tab-jamma adapter daf\u00fcr \u00fcberlassen.<\/p>\n<p>seht euch mal dieses Kaliber an:<\/p>\n<p>9,25Amp bei 5,02V die frisst mal echt richtig strom. 4-lagige Platine verschraubt in einem holzkasten. klassische Funworld adaptierung. original ist sie in einem Eisenk\u00e4fig mit Holz-Abschlussleiste verspannt. das coole an der pcb ist dass man die einzelnen platinen stecken kann wo man will \ud83d\ude42 das ist f\u00fcr reparaturen super.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2134\" scratch ram NG1 hei\u00dft soviel wie NOT GOOD und will getauscht werden. muss mich mal erst durchlesen. die program rom (von der Road PCB) so deute ich das mal, hat nen hauweg. leider sind da sehr viele roms. und das bl\u00f6de ist auch noch verl\u00f6tet. muss auch gar nicht an den roms liegen, k\u00f6nnte auch ein dazugeh\u00f6riges ram bzw. buffer sein.<\/p>\n<p>ich bin immer noch am gr\u00fcbeln ob ich sie nicht einfach in die bucht gebe. steh nicht so auf racer.<\/p>\n<p>update same day:<\/p>\n<p>hab jetzt noch einen soundfehler gefunden, upc1230h2 wurde brennheis, die ist durch. neue bestellt, warte auf lieferung.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2144\" pcb. mal sehen.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>[update 27.04.2020]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>es hat lang gedauert und die pcb ist auch lange in der ecke gestanden wegen etlicher anderer projekte, aber nun l\u00e4uft sie. aber der reihe nach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Testprogram zeigte ja ROAD PCB program rom NG (not good) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>also mal das verd\u00e4chtige Rom ausgel\u00f6tet (ja die haben die proms fix verl\u00f6tet die schurken) und neu gebrannt, keine \u00e4nderung, viel herumgefragt was der fehler sein konnte. laut progettoemma hat das rom 128k auf der pcb ist 27c1001 aufgedruckt aber ein 27c512 verbaut also alles etwas dubios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>egal rom neu gebrannt nix, durch zufall defekten trace gefunden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" roms defekt und auch das brachte nur einen teilerfolg. huckepack einer 68000er cpu brachte das bild fast vollst\u00e4ndig wieder so wie es geh\u00f6rte also 68000er ausgel\u00f6tet, neue rein und getauscht (da rauschten die fahrger\u00e4usche etwas, die musik funktionierte einwandfrei) und somit ist die reparatur
